Now recognised as a fundamental right by the Government of India, Education has been a focus area for Midas. Foundation for a long time. Through a number of projects the organisation seeks to ensure continuity of education of children. These efforts primarily provide writing note books to children of govt. schools on realising that while text books were made available there was nothing to write on. Interventions also include support to schools to resolve infrastructure related problems like leaking roofs, construction of toilets, or setting up of plumbing lines to make water available through taps etc. or provision of solar lanterns to meritorious students & development of science labs
