Jan 8 update

Rhys was able to sit up on his own for 7 minutes today in his PT. Praise God! He is also now able to move his right leg, which is getting stronger everyday. The right arm still has a lot to improve. Neuro says he can likely start sitting on a wheelchair in a few days.

Speech therapy focused solely on his voice today. So the ice cream and root beer will have to wait till tomorrow. OT says he has no motor delays, meaning he is able to execute to instructions immediately (he removes the peg from the hole when asked).
