Hi everyone!

Tasha has been struggling with another infection, then with added stress on top of everything with current situations, she has had a bad few days.

With various people questioning us, we would like to ensure you can contact us directly with any questions you may have and we will always answer you. But please bare in mind we may not get back to you instantly as you can imagine things can get a little hectic at home!

We are preparing for Christmas and just hoping her can enjoy another christmas with Tasha and hope she can have a best day as possible with minimal symptoms.

We currently need 600 euros PER MONTH to pay for tashas carer at home 15 hours a week. The hospital, tasha and us as a family all know tashas current carer and continuity is important as she is also fully trained in EVERYTHING for tashas care which is rather complex.

We appreciate everybody's offer for help, but we hope you understand that tasha needs this routine and it is very complex to train and care for tasha and as we have mentioned, the hospital are happy with Tashas current care situation and are comfortable and confident she is confident in tashas care. Right down to emergency resuscitation, trach changes, trach and vent care, feeding tube, central line aseptic technique, catheter care, hoisting and lifting tasha and ensuring her wheelchair is secured and strapped down into the car properly and how to get tasha in and out of our specially adapted car with a ramp so tasha stays in her wheelchair in the car as she is unable to transfer herself into a normal car. It's a complicated situation and we really do appreciate everybody's offers but it just isnt that simple unfortunately.
