Gifts for Giving!

Thank you, thank you, thank you for your generosity! We wanted to make sure we told you about the gifts you will receive based on your giving to our campaign:

INDIVIDUAL DONATIONS

All individual supporters will receive a Certificate of Appreciation and a Wellness gift. Those supporters who donate $100 or more will be eligible for one hour (per $100 donated) of coaching services for themselves, a member of their team, or they may “gift” coaching hours to someone in their network.

ORGANIZATIONAL DONATIONS

Our organizational supporters will receive a plaque, one coaching hour per $100 donation and will be listed as a sponsor of the Practice on all printed and digital materials.
