We praise God that Heng has full movement of his limbs. he plays football, rides a bicycle and manages his schoolwork. His left hand still has a little fine tuning but he can mostly do all things. We see his recovery as a miracle. Thank you to all who assisted with the hospital and recovery expenses.

The left-over money not needed for Heng went to Luce who required eye surgery. He has remained with us since January for follow-up appointments.

Today, Luce is requiring a second surgery to help improve and restore sight to his right eye. In January he was brought out of the refugee camp for surgery to his injured eye. The camp hospital did not have the required facilities. He no longer has the initial ongoing pain that he had but today needs further surgery for a fluid build up behind his eye. (As I understand it). All his expenses must be paid by donations as there is no government assistance for a boy from the refugee camp. The cost for today's surgery is $3,500.00.
