At around 5:37PM today, Baby Tober has been successfully transferred to Quirino Memorial Medical Center, still admitted in the ICU.

20 days in PICU at Calamba Doctors Hospital. Baby Tober’s bill had reached to Php1,000,000 and had not been paid.
