Unfortunately the judges in the Supreme court voted for Apple.

They rejected my appeal and sentence me to pay apple 247600 Norwegian Kroner, That about 23305 Euros.

It was a shock, and the ruling is a joke, they swallowd all the lies and speculations from Apple and spit it on me.

if that wasn't enough they even rubbed it in that I also have to pay Apple a huge amount of money, that they dont need, and I have to struggle to pay them in full.

That is very disrespectful!

The Judge that wrote this sentens https://www.domstol.no/en/Enkelt-domstol/supremecourt/the-supreme-court-of-norway-/justices2/supreme-court-justice-erik-mose/ is 70 years old and probably dosent know anything about smartphones and modern devices, he should never be in that position in this case. I was hoping Norwegian court was fair but it seems to me its not. I cannot prove anything but this smells wery fishy.

I think they did a huge mistake, giving Apple more power, and other company's will follow Apple to continue making non repairable devices. I hope someone can find a way to stop this madness.
