Just a quick update regarding baby Carter. As per his doctor, tracheotomy needs to be done as soon as possible; however, the hospital is not allowing it due to lack of funds. Another concern is, on top of the PHP 75,000 that they’re asking for the procedure, they are asking for PHP 200,000 as partial payment for the current bill amount. Without these 2 amounts, the procedure can’t be done any sooner.
