I managed to raise the $20,000 through a combination of donations and loan by 26 August 2016. I am going to the Court of Appeal! Thank you for the support! Going to the Court of Appeal as a litigant-in-person unrepresented by lawyers will be very challenging. It is also going to be costly. I would be grateful for your donations to help defray the cost ot filing documents in Court and the cost of paying for the occasional legal consultation. Although I am unrepresented by lawyers and do the legal research myself, I would need legal consultation to develop the finer points of my legal arguments.
