Wilbur met with the surgeon who examined his eye and determined that the eye may still be viable to save. In fact he was able to see some blood vessels that had not been there in previous exams. He did not want Wilbur to undergo another surgery so soon after the August 14th procedure. So Wilbur was given additional medication, a new large cone and instructions on how to treat the eye and he will go back to the surgeon at the end of the following week. Wilbur is still facing another surgical procedure in the near future so your continued support and sharing of this fundraiser is most appreciated.
