Patient has allegedly had seizures since he was 13 years old,occurring once a month described as stiffenning of extremities and upward rolling of eyeballs that was initially assessed as AV malformation but a cranial MRI revealed normal results. In the interim,patient was apparently well though seizures persisted. April 2019, patient haf persistent fever of 2 weeks and seizures,thus admitted to PGH where he was managed as a case of TB meningitis and was started on HRZE,Dexamethasone and Oxcarbazepine. He was eventually sent home on April 30,2019.In the interim,patient was noted to have decreased verbal output and progressively had difficulty ambulating. On the day of admission (5/20/2019),patient followed up at the PGH OPD and was advised to go to the PGH ER.
