DAY 10 - MY FOOT FAIL ON ME 😓

I felt unbaerable pain on while on my way from Kampar to Ipoh. I had no choice but to stop my walk at 30KM on Day 10 instead of 40KM. I pushed myself to complete another 5KM and thats when my feet failed on me.

It was a horrible experience as I never had such pain before. I took a full day rest hoping that I will be okey. I rested my feet and took some painkillers. However the pain gotten worst on the next day where I can hardly put my feet down.

As the pain got worst I detour to Cameron Highland from Ipoh. I stayed at my sisters farmhouse in Cameron Highlands while on Ice treatment for 2 days.

There was not much improvement so I did massage and visited a physciotheraphy. After the treaement the theraphyist told me that my feet my not recover anytime soon and it will definetly cause pain if I start my walk. Hence he suggested that I take frequent rest on each walk and rest my feet on ice everytime I walk.

As Im also concern on the Visa approval and arrangements for other countries I decided to continue my walk this week.
