Dear sir. I am zahid Hasan Sanny (29 years old) and Father: Abdul Hamid, Mother: Salma Begum, Address: 241, Pagla Mazar, Moghbazar, Dhaka-1217, living in Dhaka bangladesh. I was serviced as a car driver before 3 years. On 14^th April 2016 suddenly I felt very sick and I was hospitalized. After some medical test the doctor say that my two Kidneys are no more good; two kidneys are damaging day by day.

My family tried hard and soul for me and they tried to give me proper treatment but it was too expensive. My father is re-tired for 5 years, my mother is a house-wife. I was the only earning person in my family. I was admitted Govt. P.G. Hospital in Bangladesh. but there was no proper treatment for Kidney disease except Dialysis.

I want to live………… Maybe I can live for Yours help, please please please….... help me…I want to live…. Give me a chance to live. And please pary for me……..
