While in many countries around the globe the month of June is dedicated to celebrating LGBT pride and rights, in Uganda, where homosexuality is illegal, there is very little celebration. This year we decided to share some of the love and good energies of Pride month with our members. Our international volunteers are visiting prides and asking the people to send them a short note or video with positive messages. We hope that this love will make our members feel happier even in the very hard and limiting situation they live in.
