Yesterday we had a meeting with The UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR) and the NGO InterAid about security and health issues of our members. As people who are both LGBTs and refugees, we suffer many discriminations and threats, and the answers received from the authorities are often unsatisfying. We hope that the decisions that were reached during this meeting will help to improve our situation here in Uganda.
