Det. Marciano's case, filed on behalf of all others similarly situated, was removed by the City to Federal Court seeking to dissolve the State Court's TRO issued on 12 14 21 by Judge Nervo restraining the Mayor's vaccine mandate We fought back hard, and vigorously opposed.

The Finn Firm filed an Emergency Motion to Remand back to State Court, to seek enforcement of the State Court's Order being ignored by the Mayor. Today, the Federal Court scheduled Oral Argument for Wednesday morning at 10am. We are ready!

In addition to NYPD's case, we have a case pending to end the mask mandates in Nassau County for school children, waitiing for a decision. We have a case pending for Health Care Worker's in Suffolk County waiting for a ruling. Another case representing Rocco's Bakery on behalf of all other business owners, wth a hearing scheduled for 1 19 22.

The fact is the Mayor has no power to mandate anything.
