The Court of Appeals has ordered the decision to be reversed and remanded
Update posted by Wendy EwingWe are excited as you can imagine. I’m glad that the public can see what essentially we have been saying the entire time and that is he didn’t get a fair trial. We are nowhere near done however. Retrial will almost certainly take place. We could really use your help in fighting. God bless
