Well just came from the hospital ... what a bun fight ... they kept sending us from department to department although we also had a social worker with us ... but the crux of the matter is that there is some assistance available to foreigners ... the catch is no one was prepared to give our case a definitive "yes" as yet ...

First I need to see the hospital cardiologist have a couple of tests and get a note from him then take it down to the right department to get partial funding ... all good ... except the cardiologist is only available Wednesday mornings from 8am to 10 am and this coming Wednesday is a holiday of some sort, so we are checked in to see him on the 8th ...

My cardiologist will not be available in May so will probably move forward with the hospital cardiologist. We have scraped up another 10k so the total keeps coming down ...
