Hello friends!

Thank you to everyone near and far who sent help, prayers and words of encouragement to Steve.

Steve is recovering slowly but (hopefully) surely. They were able to successfully remove his gallbladder and he is now able to walk and eat a bit.

He still has a drain attached to his pancreas as that remains infected. It will take a while. He is still on antibiotics and other medication but the doctors are looking at releasing him to continue recovery at home. He will just need to show up for weekly check ups until the drain can be removed.

His hospital bills have also gone up with running balance at 1.1M after partial payments made 2 weeks ago. We still have a ways to go to 1M but we are confident that it will happen! The good news is once he goes home, his bills will be more manageable and he can rest in more familiar surroundings atvhis sister's home in Batangas.
