Dear Family and Friends,

This is to give an update on my mother's CKD. After visiting the doctor last March 29, 2019 (Friday), he prescribed that she undergo Permanent Catheter Insertion to be used for Hemodialysis. We plan to have this done sometime within the next two weeks.

On efforts on kidney transplant, We are still waiting for the result of the Panel Reactive Antibody (PRA) test. This test estimates the risk of acute organ rejection. Once determined if she is suitable for transplant, the next step is to look for potential organ donors and perform lab tests for compatibility.
