On 23/8/19, Gift went to see a chiropractor, as many suggested we do before we go the surgical route. Unfortunately I was not there and my brother, who attended with Gift didn't take any pictures. I promise my next update will have pics.

He did his 1st session, and his feedback is that it really went well. I haven't seen any changes though, maybe because it wad the first session but he says his back pain had subsided. He needs to book another session as he's very optimistic about this process.

The chiropractor mentioned that he can work on the lower back but the upper back is severely damaged and will refer him to a neurosurgeon at Chris Hani Baragwanath hospital.
