We were referred to Las Pinas General Hospital by the start of April for the chance of being provided financial assistance for chemotherapy sessions. The oncologist in LPGH offered Paclitaxel as treatment, and requires us P112,000 for the cycles. This is a lot for us who now live on a day to day basis with my father's paycheck and my mom's daily maintenance (medicine and oxygen tank supplies). We requested for assistance and up until now (April 21) there is no news if we are provided with FREE chemotherapy sessions.
