Time for an update!

We are still working hard to carry on sharing the love. We are continuing to post out hearts and had a lovely picture sent of our hearts on Golden Gate Bridge!!

Last week we went to a retirement home to talk to some residents about our project. We had the great idea of recruiting some heart makers, but seem to have ended up agreeing to make forget-me-nots for Dementia awareness month instead!!

We have lots of plans for more visits over the next few months and we will be taking lots of pics and sharing on social media.
