The twins have both gained weight in the last two weeks. Both have been receiving intravenous nutrients and breastmilk. Rocia is 100 grams heavier while Rocio has gained back her birth weight. Both are still on ventilatory support.

Rocio had a seizure on January 5 and was promptly tested for brain hemmorhage and meningitis. Tests came back negative and the cause of the seizure was low oxygen.

Rocia's left lung collapsed this week as she accidentally pulled her tube. She had to be extubated thrice this week. Although her lungs are still weak, the collapsed lung showed some improvement.
