**UPDATE:
I retrieved Oreo from the Vet again for the day and she's been taking oral medicines to help. The doc has told me it's Glaucoma along with the infection. It's rapidly gotten worse since the other day I brought her in. Her eyes was stitched close to prevent further infection.
