As we mentioned before, Andreas-Rares is a dire need of new leg orthotics.The ones we have are not usable anymore and every day without the proper support harms his legs further and decreases his chance of ever walking.
The company we are in contact with will 3D scan his legs in the correct standing position and will create custom 3D printed orthotics designed for his needs. Furthermore, they will make a full evaluation of his motor skills and they will draw up a strategy to help him support himself better and even walk.
The story behind the company is one very similar to ours. It's a family with little boy affected by CP to whom the doctors never gave a change of ever sitting not to mention walking. A very determined father proved them wrong and dedicated his efforts to help others do the same. Hopefully, with your help and theirs, we will manage to defeat the odds as well!
