I realized that a couple of you might think me bias so I thought we'd post a bit of a bio on Yosef and Aliyah today and you can decide if they're really as awesome as a lot of people (including me) think they are!

You see, if you'd been searching for as long as I had and you finally come across two intensely passionate and sold out people who teaches truth in a way that leaves no doubts, second guessing, etc but through Scripture enables you to really start running the race (Hebrews 12:1) with your eyes firmly set on becoming perfected and laying it all down becomes more of a privilege and less of a price then you know you're in good company!

What you allow into your life daily (be it through which teachings you watch, which movies you choose to entertain yourself with, which books you choose to read, etc) has a tremendous impact on your walk with Yeshua I firmly believe and I have seen this numerous times in my own life....junk in is going to bring junk out! So being able to go to a website and watch teachings, download pdf's, communicating with fellow believers in the Bible Study group...all in a safe space is such a tremendous blessing! And I know we don't realize all the work that goes into that.

So before I get carried away again...I'd like to give you some more info on Yosef and Aliyah...there's so much more to them than just what you see and hear on the website. I truly believe as well that Abba laid them on my heart specifically for this challenge because they are so incredibly sold out and daily counting the cost and saying yes to making a difference in His Kingdom!

Yosef and Aliyah have over 20 years of combined ministry experience of teaching, preaching and working within communities with the broken and the lost. Aliyah has a degree in Psychology and English, criminology, an honours in biblical counselling therapy and a masters degree in divinity.

Her passion for counselling was fuelled when she worked as a non – profit woman abuse counsellor and as a trauma counsellor at a crisis centre. At that time Yosef had worked at a boys centre for young juveniles and for drug addicts and was a seminary student and assistant pastor at a community church when the two of them met. They felt the call to start a small blog where they would share biblical teachings uncovering the Hebrew roots of the Christian faith. They wrote numerous articles and deep studies on Gods word, while continuing to work in the community.

Before long, they started teaching a home bible study group, and eventually they worked for a university where they planted Yeshiva study groups for hungry individuals desiring the deeper truths of Yeshua’s word. The ministry expanded to include their hunger and desire to reach the nations. Travelling and speaking globally, Aliyah and Yosef began receiving numerous invitations to bring the good news to many.

Since 2014, the ministry grew in to a missions-based ministry with the heart for the Great Commission. They continue to teach, proclaim, and minister the word of Yeshua to the nations.
