After sending a letter two weeks before the date of our 1st issued check, talking to the phone asking for favor to give us time, visited them personally and replaced the 1st check with several small amount of checks (that we manage to clear) we experienced our 1st bounced check last November 19, 2018. Told us they forgot that when we visited them last November 16 the check was already deposited in their bank last November 15 even the date of check was on the 18th. Again after exchanging text messages yesterday favor was not given by the same company and made us experience our 2nd bouncing check. We have no other course but to close our RCBC Savings checking account.
