My brother, Neil Hector Delfino just a depression and we really really financial assistance to help him recover.
This is the 3rd time he had a depression.
The 2nd time he had depression last 2016, we took him to a center but only last 1 month because we cannot afford to rehabilitate him because my mother at that time was also suffering from bone cancer.
My mother died last July 19,2018.
Now we really really need your help.
This time in his 3rd time having a deoression, he is more aggressive and can't control him anymore.
He won't sleep all night. He is shouting , running , and even hurt us.
We had to tie him up for now at but only hands and feet but it won't stop him from shouting and standing.
We really really need your help to finance hishis condition. I would be very greatful to those you would really help us. We had really nothing to finance.
