Dear Family and Friends,

It took me a while to write a simple note to thank all of you. I was still in grief and took me days to accept the situation that I am facing now. I didn't want to ask help from anybody but my sister is persistent to start the fund raising program. Can't believe how you, my friends and families and even those I haven't met yet, responded to us. The funds that we received from you will be used for my hospital bills and post-Op treatment. I don't know how to repay the kindness that you've shown, but someone once said that whatever we possess becomes of double value when we share it with others. For now, please accept my heartfelt gratitude for your financial support over the last 8 days.
