Representative Aderholt responded by telling us grant money has increased by 51%. He suggested a grant but he was under the impression that North Marshall Utilities were a smaller water system. They do not qualify for any grants. Governor Ivy referred us to AL Department of Economic Development. Other areas have gotten water through grants to the Marshall County Commission. Everyone agrees we need water, but no one has an answer.
