Our 4th day in the hospital. This past few days, Ray had started to undergo series of testing and imaging in preparation for my his upcoming operation which is scheduled on 8Aug at 6:30 am, if everything goes as plan. A priest is visiting everyday to give Ray the Sacrament of Communion and pray him over.

Just yesterday, the doctor had to aspirate Ray's left knee because it became too swollen due to fluid retention. We were also advised to look for blood donors to save us from buying from the blood bank which can be very costly. My husband will need more than 10bags of blood during the operation so we started contacting relatives and friends who can help. Today, family of my husband and our niece, Jenny, came to get their blood screened and donate. We have more donors coming tomorrow. We are so touched with the outpour of support. My husbands relatives and my niece stopped what their doing or missed work just to help to us. Thank you all of you. You just don't know how much this mean to us. God bless you.
