That was it..the lights slowly are shutting down,those feeders last week were full of food and fresh water,now only empty leafs. It is summer, people , volunteers included,are on vacation no one back to feed the remaining animals...We knew about that.August is a month with limited vets,and no volunteers.People forgot easily. In some areas we could see some old dog food,with no feeders just threw up on the street... Cats can not eat dog food,dogs from the other hand lways feed themselves with cat food if needed.
