Breathe of Life for Teacher Gina - in God's grace

Update posted by Charlyn Dalagan

Teacher Gina is still dependent to Oxygen Tank due to water in her heart. Last July 2018 during her confinement, we found out that the water in her heart increased from previous month (from minimal to moderate). According to her Cardiologist, it is not yet advised to drain the water. The water in her heart causes her difficulty in breathing. But given the situation, in God's grace, Teacher Gina is much better now.

Last August 2018, Teacher Gina had her 3rd chemotherapy. Her Doctor advised to schedule her for CT Scan after 3rd chemo to check on progress. The CT scan happened this September 2018, she had her Chest and Upper Abdomen CT Scan to check progress of her treatment. However, it was advised by her Doctor to switch her palliative chemotherapy to Oral Chemo. This Oral chemo is more effective and less side effect but is more expensive. This kind of chemotherapy is long term and costs 120,000 pesos monthly. Our Family will again seek for PCSO's assistance to continue Teacher's Gina's treatment.

Please continue praying for her. God bless you all - Gianne
