This is what my hernia looks like this morning. It has went down slightly overnight, but it will just get right back to normal size as I try to get through the day. Another sleepless night last night after taking double the dosage of my sleeping pills I still lay there in pain. Will it ever get any better than this? Lord please tell me it will.
