I want to help my family

I'm a filipina...begging for help for the sake of my brother...his in so much pain in the last two days..im asking and beg u to those who have a very kind heart can help me through to his medical condition...sorry for the short mssg but I'm in tears while writing this.....Thank you so much❤❤❤
