Dear friends unfortunately the situation is precipitating as we are doing all that is possible to be ready with the cash fee of 2500$ and flight ticket, emergency passport already issued since last Monday and valid only one month, as the immigration office had agreed upon with French embassy, they now communicated that they want to charge a much bigger fee of 8000$!!! I am going today with French ambassador to immigration office to explain once again Marc situation as he has no contact with his family since many years and no next of kin who can afford such sum. The conditions of the cell are not good, they are not allowing visits and even his Ayurvedic meds he is using to keep anxiety under control and we are very worried about his health.
