We Need Help for Attorney's Fees to Prevent a Potential Nuclear Disaster on US Soil

Update posted by Dan Hilbert

OrcaEyes is a workforce planning and analytics company having been in business since 2007. We are small, but have won more awards for our technology than any other vendor.

South Texas Nuclear Operating Company, owned by: Austin Energy, CPS San Antonio and NRG Energy signed with us in December of 2016.

They have the worst workforce data we have ever seen in any company. They sent us at least 20 multi-year files of payroll and HR information system data. The data is terribly inaccurate. They withheld payment for over 8 months totalling $320,000 trying to get us to make their numbers meet what they have been reporting for years to their owners and to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission. Payroll data says they have fewer employees than they have been reporting.

The data contains nothing related to required position groups. They have been running a Nuclear Power Plant on a massive Excel spreadsheet which has 25% bad and broken calculations. Frightening!

They tried to Terminate the contract. Of course, they did not follow the terms of the contract. They breached the contract at least 6-times during the 1-year of engagement to try and force us to validate the numbers they had been reporting to the owners and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission. We contacted the owners and the NRC in mid December. STP tried to cancel the contract 4 days later. Then they sued us for $90,000 while still withholding payment of the $320,000. They are actively trying to put us out of business.

THIS IS VERY DANGEROUS. Chernobyl, Three-Mile Island and Fukushima Nuclear Plant meltdowns can occur on US soil, only 50 miles from Houston and 140 miles from San Antonio and 190 miles from Austin. STP is one of the largest Nuclear Plants in the US.

We have offered binding arbitration multiple times and they refuse. This is the bully Corporate America at its ugliest. We were going to defend ourselves, however, Texas law will not allow anybody but an attorney to represent a Corporation, regardless of how small the firm.

The attorneys I've talked to say that they have no case. STP and now the owners are trying to win simply by burying us in procedural motions and attorney fees. It appears that STP and it's owners are desperately trying to bury this case, the dangerous story, OrcaEyes and our employees at any cost.

PLEASE HELP US. We will make our bank register open to all contributors each month. We will also pay anyone who helps us two times what you contribute if we win plus give some stock options to all who contribute.

We will also provide all public legal filings to anyone interested. This is nasty and dangerous. We need your help!

Thanks so much - Dan Hilbert CEO
