A small update on Nadia's situation.

Last week, we were finally able to transfer Nadia to another hospital, because our family could not keep up with the costs there. So far Nadia has gone through more than 20 surgeries and received 15 transfusions. Skin recovery has been particularly tricky, since such an exposed area is vulnerable to catch nosocomial infections, and the skin grafts cannot be implanted while there is an infection. The last big surgery was an abdominoplasty to use her own skin to cover part of the exposed wounds, and it seems to have successfully covered most of her abdomen, and we hope that the exposed left thigh will soon follow. This has all been very painful for Nadia, and after a month and three weeks her spirits are quite down. Fortunately she is somehow stable, though in permanent risk of acquiring another nosocomial infection due to all the exposed wound on her leg and all the catheters they put in her.

Our family is quite surprised with the support and solidarity we've received, for in only three weeks since this crowdfunding campaign began we have raised around 7,200 CHF/USD, all thanks to your kind support and generosity. We all have also received amazing words of support, and for that we are specially thankful, they really help to keep the spirit up!

However, since the insurance ran out her medical bills have been around 120,000 CHF/USD, and growing by the day. Without meaning to abuse your kindness, I would like to ask you to share and repost the link to the campaign to whoever you can, since the wonder of this platforms is that it can reach kind solidarity far and quick.
