First of all, we are very grateful for the dissemination of this project and all the support we are receiving through the platform and in person. Very much appreciated! Also we are very happy to receive support from more of the beautiful photos of Guto de Lima with his project "Eus e os Nós" to collaborate in this campaign. Below is an excerpt from the author's text about his project.

De onde viriam as principais lições? Das pessoas? Da floresta? Do silêncio? Do ócio? Em que afinal seria interessante me concentrar? Ao contrário, decidi simplesmente viver tranquilamente, com a expectativa baixa e a lanterna apagada. Sentir a trilha da mata na noite para exercitar novas possibilidades e novos espaços.
Desculpe. Ajudar a criar a sua memória em relação aos Huni Kuin é grande responsabilidade da qual atrevo tentar apenas por meio de imagens, não por palavras. Talvez, só por duas: gente verdadeira.
Acordar com o dia e dormir com a noite. Se fartar de alimento puro, plantado e colhido com suor de quem me serviu, e prosear por horas em Hantxa Kuin sem entender uma palavra, decifrando o olhar, a atmosfera, o indizível. Mergulhar nu no igarapé e ouvir meu coração batendo. Dar muita risada com crianças. Seres solares e estrelares. Perceber o sol em tudo e viajar no céu de constelações infinitas. Viajar. Balançar na rede e exercitar a paciência. Falar comigo.

Where the main lessons would come from? Of people? Of the forest? Of silence? Of leisure? What would be interesting to concentrate on? On the contrary, I simply decided to live quietly, with a low expectation and the lantern turned off. To feel the forest trail at night, exercising new possibilities and new spaces.
Excuse me. Helping to create your memory of the Huni Kuin is a great responsibility which I dare to try only through pictures, not words. Or maybe, two words: real people.
To wake up with the day rising and sleeping with the night falling. To be fed with pure food, planted and gathered with the sweat of those who served me, and to prose for hours in Hantxa Kuin language without understanding a word, deciphering the look, the atmosphere, the unspeakable. Dive naked in the stream and hear my heart pounding. Give lots of laughter with children. Solar and star beings. Perceive the sun in everything and travel in the sky of infinite constellations. Travel. Swing in the hammock and exercise patience. Talk to me.
