5 of us Vegan Cyclists today went out in the blistering heat and cycled 125 km around Sussex. In the end the heat made it a very intense day but it was so much fun. And we ate so much fantastic food supplied by the wonderful organisers. The best bit was the downhill free wheeling competitions we had to make the day fun. I haven't laughed so much in years. Vegan ice cream made the day perfect. On a very serious note: Some of the people who we are raising money for have become profoundly disabled through accidents. Something that every cyclist is acutely aware of. I pray it will never happen to anyone I know, but please donate if you can. Thanks Maria
