During these fιve years, the House of the Other Human, maintained by all of you with your effort and your donations of food and money, has managed to welcome over 10,000 people who popped in for a coffee, to eat breakfast, to have a bath or a shower or to wash their clothes; we have supplied enough food for a month to more than 6,000 families; every year we have provided 300 children with everything they needed to attend school, from their schoolbags to their pencils. Twice a week we taught remedial lessons to children who needed them. We created a theatre group and during the height of the refugee crisis (2015 and 2016) we served over 3,000 meals almost daily.
