We rushed Precious to the animal hospital on Friday morning about 6:30, after we discovered him under my mom's bed, bleeding and unable to stand. From what a neighbour has since told us, we think he was knocked over by a person speeding down our road in a dark vehicle at about 6 am.

We have visited him at the hospital on Friday night, Saturday night and tonight (Sunday). On Friday he was still out of it so we just petted him and left. Saturday night he tried to jump up when he heard my voice. We're allowed to open the cage and pet him, and my poor baby tried to climb into my arms! He can't stand, just falls over, and he can hardly breathe. Tonight he seemed to breathe a little bit more easily, but it's still difficult. There is still blood coming out of his nose, which has to be cleared up continuously so he can breathe. That's one of the biggest reasons he has to remain in hospital for now.

It's so incredibly hard to see my baby like this, and to then leave him there after an hour visit.
