1. You may leave your phone number blank and proceed if you are facing difficulties when submitting your phone number.
2. Due to the PayPal Account Limitation policy, PayPal has blocked any further transfers as of now for safety reasons. You can find out more about the policy here: PayPal Account Limitation Policy). I have contacted PayPal and it will be verified soon.
