6th Chemo Session

Update posted by Brian Andanar

Hi guys! Yesterday i just finished my 6th cycle. It went well without any allergic reactions nor complications, although when i got home I felt tired so I was able to sleep early. Today i feel more energize because i was able to take a long rest but still, I expect to develop some side-effects from the chemo drugs in the next couple of days so I need to prepare my body always. My battle against cancer isn't over yet, I will be undergoing another PET/CT probably on the last week of October. Once the results are available, I will be evaluated if I need to have additional 2 chemo cycles or I can proceed with the maintenance medications. Hopefully, all goes out according to plan and I hope my body will be cleared from any tumors and become cancer-free.

Again, I thank God for everything! I thank God for giving me the strength and all the support I needed in this battle. I would like to thank my family, Claire and her family, my relatives here and abroad, all my friends as well as their families, colleagues,to all my village neighbors and to all anonymous donors. Words cannot express how happy I am with all the help that you have given to me. I will be forever grateful to everyone who have supported me throughout this whole process. Thank you everyone from the bottom of my heart. God Bless us all!
