Cici finished her second chemo session last week,June 1. She said she gets tired easily but she is doing her best to stay active and cheerful. We are working on liquidating her expenses for the second week. One of the highs for us this week is that someone offered to sponsor her third chemo session. This would mean that the USD 1,021.60 she has raised through GoGetFunding and the offline donations worth USD 540 from the period of May 10 - June 7 will be put aside for her surgery. This is already about half of the down payment we need for the operation. We are overjoyed and overwhelmed by everyone's support. For those of you who didn't know, all of Cici's medical needs and expenses up till now have been thoroughly covered by donations offline and through GoGetFunding. We are in awe for all of the support we've been given and we don't want to take this for granted because this is Cici's lifeline: your support.
