Hello everyone!

I've been procrastinating creating this update since the very beginning. This campaign started off really, REALLY well, and I was blown away by all the support I got from friends and strangers from around the globe.

This was exciting! But also! VERY. SCARY.

Every day I stared at my screen trying to come up with a suitable way to thank everyone. How do you even thank all these amazing people, some who barely even know me, some not at all, and yet still offered to donate their hard-earned money to a nobody like me?

I don't know, so all I'll say is...

THANK YOU. From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much for helping me get to Clarion West. I really, really appreciate all the donations from everyone.

Okay, now for some NEWS!

1) I know there's still a bit more before achieving my goal, but no worries there guys. Just this past weekend I finally managed to secure a donation by a major Malaysian organization and it's enough to make up for the rest of funds I need. I'm extremely EXTREMELY grateful to this major Malaysian organization (which I'm not even sure if I'm allowed to reveal lol) especially because there aren't even any string attached.

2) Some of you may have noticed that during the first few days of the campaign, someone actually donated $1000. It doesn't actually register in the sidebar... I'm not sure why but I think it might be because the donor might have chosen to not receive rewards on checkout. Several people have already asked me if I'm still going to make that dancing video so I'm here to assure you... YES I AM. I stick to my word! But let me focus on Clarion West first and I'll start thinking about my shame dancing video afterwards. So look for it in perhaps August or September. I'll keep everyone posted via this page and also Twitter.

3) And speaking of rewards, I've been a little concerned that I'm actually not getting any address notifications from GoGetFunding from people who donated and are eligible for certain rewards. I think I may have botched up the rewards system thingy on my end by not making sure people give me their addresses probably. I'm still not sure how to solve this conundrum but will look into it. In the meantime, if you donated, and want a postcard and/or ebook from me, please email me at tedmahsun at gmail dot com and let me know your physical address, and from where you want me to send you a postcard.
