Our dear friends,

Papa was brought to the ICU last Thursday because he was bleeding profusely through his stool. Five bags of blood were given to him. His BP dropped to 80/50 during that time, but thankfully, the nurses took quick action to bring him in the OR just in time.

He's had a hard time taking in any food or drink during the past days while he's in the ICU. However this morning, he ate lugaw and fruit cocktail for breakfast. And also melon shake!

We also updated our target amount because as much as we want to take him home, we still opt to make sure he regained enough strength to eat and also stop his bleeding.

Friends, it's only been two days since we launched this campaign but God never failed to pour his blessing and provision to us through your lives. From the bottom of our hearts, we thank you very much for fighting with us. If he chooses to fight, we'll fight as well.
