Hello everyone, first off, thank you so much for all the love and support. It has been overwhelming and I have been on a roller coaster of wonder, embarrassment and profound gratitude.

Yas' nephrectomy last April 5 (to remove one enlarged, cyst-filled kidney) was successful. Yay! We were discharged a few days later.

We would like to give a shout-out to our amazing surgical and nursing team who made sure we were very-well cared for.
