We have decided to extend the fundraising for my mom's houseboat one more month (until my birthday). As so many projects go, it is taking longer and costing more than expected, but we are so excited to get my mom into a larger living space with a caretaker. We are getting close!

As we near the end of our 7th month of construction the boat is now awaiting a big 'close in' inspection next week, followed by the insulation getting sprayed in, and then the sheetrock getting put up. The inside is cleared out for the insulation job and is less hazardous than normal. However, please leave the wee little ones at home, as its definitely not 'child-proof'.
